JK Cameras (London) Ltd take all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of all
details, descriptions and prices of the products on the website. We do reserve
the right to correct any errors or omissions. All prices, details and descriptions
are subject to change without notice.
Warranty
New equipment
All new goods are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranties and
conditions.
Pre-owned equipment
All pre-owned goods are covered by a 6 month warranty against malfunction.
This warranty does not include batteries or storage media. We cannot accept
liability for damage caused by misuse. The warranty is not transferable should
the item be sold on to a third party. In the event of a warranty claim all costs
incurred transporting the item to and from us shall be borne by the customer.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your goods for whatever reason you may cancel your
contract within 14 days of receipt and return the goods to us. Goods returned
must be still in the same condition as when they were sold and in their original
saleable packaging together with the original sales invoice. We may make a
deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in the value of the goods
supplied.
Once goods have been returned and checked you will then receive a full refund.
This will also include the cost of delivery except for any supplementary costs
arising if you had chosen a type of delivery other than our standard and least
expensive method of delivery.
If the goods are faulty or are not what was ordered then return carriage cost
shall be refunded by us also. In order to receive a full refund of return carriage
the customer must as far as practicable return the goods to us by a similar
method and cost to which the goods were originally delivered.
Shipping
Goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.
Standard shipping is by Royal Mail Special Delivery domestically with prices
starting at £10. International orders will be sent by UPS – please ask for a
quote when ordering. Please note deliveries to outside the UK may result in
import duties being payable upon receipt of the goods for which the customer
will be liable.
Payments
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Please note that we can only ship
to the cardholders registered address. We also accept payment by bank transfer.
Payment for international orders by bank transfer only.
VAT
New equipment prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate. There is no reclaimable VAT on secondhand equipment.
Law
The terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of England.
